One of the most famous cyclists in the world is trying to sell his vacation house from Dripping Springs, TX. Lance Armstrong is trying to sell this luxury vacation house since 2007. The initial price was over $12.1 million, but now it dropped down at $8.7 million. This vacation house was built in 2003 by David Dalgleish and designed by Ryan Street and Associates. This luxury house features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, two living areas and of course a guest house. The interior space is nice furnished and it fits perfectly with the beamed ceilings and stone walls. The living room has a stoned fireplace and a decor of white and black. Here an entire wall is made out of glass windows which allows natural light at the room. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. The kitchen has a design very stylish with paintings on the walls. I like the dinning area with the natural wood table and the view over the entire yard. The mix of unfinished and dark woods with the stone walls and modern furniture creates a unique design. The master bedroom has arched window and black curtains, white painted walls and dark furniture. This is a room special for sleep, dark and quiet. Just wait to see the view. It is stunning. The terrace offers a great view and is a nice place to hang out. Everything here is so peaceful. This luxury house is the perfect location for relaxation. Also this house has a swimming pool with an edge bordered by fire pits. Just imagine you enjoying all of that while overlooking endless rural area views. Also this amazing house comes with 7 miles of hiking and biking trails and an ownership in Deadman’s Hole, which is a beautiful natural swimming hole that has a huge waterfall.
